One process less
Automation of one recurring, well-defined task
Live in 1 to 2 weeks
- The report that takes the most time, automated
- Delivered on the day and time you set
- Configurable thresholds per indicator
If someone builds the same report by hand every week, that work can be scheduled. We review how you do it today, automate it with the tools you already use and leave you a way to check that it ran.
Someone copies figures from one file to another, reconciles them and sends them out. It is work that repeats exactly the same way every time, and depends on that person being available.
It is typed into the administrative system and again into a spreadsheet, and sooner or later the two versions stop matching.
An indicator drops or an inventory item hits its minimum, and nobody sees it until someone checks the report. An automatic rule raises the alarm as soon as it happens.
The first step is the one that takes the most time and can be described clearly. That is where the result is checked against real data before moving on to the next. With the One process less plan, the planned timeline is 1 to 2 weeks.
We build on your spreadsheets, your current administrative system and the Microsoft license you already pay for. A new tool is only added when what exists is not enough, and its cost is stated upfront.
The Your ordered week plan includes a dashboard to verify every run, and the Full area plan adds a log of what happened and when.
If the process changes every time, or nobody can describe it step by step, it is best to start with a diagnosis: organize the process and measure what it costs today, then automate it.
The repetitive work, done by the system.
Automation of one recurring, well-defined task
Live in 1 to 2 weeks
Coordination of several recurring reports or tasks
Automation and tracking of an area’s processes
Scope and budget agreed on together
Figures are for reference and serve as a starting point. The final amount is calculated on the scope we agree on and adjusted to each project’s budget.
In most cases, no: automations are built on what you already use. A replacement is only proposed when the current system is the cause of the problem, with the cost of the migration on the table.
In Your ordered week there is a dashboard to see every run, and in Full area a log of what happened and when. Who handles a failure, and how, is defined with the ongoing support in the proposal.
The One process less plan is designed for 1 to 2 weeks. Broader plans are scheduled according to the number of processes and systems to connect.
Whatever you already use: Power Automate and Microsoft 365 if you have them, or custom code when the case calls for it. Whatever is used is documented and transferred to your name.
