Yael De los Santos, an individual who operates this site under the trade name YS STUDIO MX, is the controller of the personal data you provide through this site, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Through the contact form we collect the data you choose to provide: name, company or project (optional), email address and a description of the process or project you want information about.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages.

We do not request sensitive personal data, financial data or asset information. Please do not include them in your messages.

Your data is used to respond to your request, prepare and send service proposals, and follow up on the conversation you started.

We do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not add it to mailing lists without your consent.

We do not sell your data. To run the site and receive form messages we use service providers, such as Netlify (hosting and form handling), which process information on our behalf. These providers may store or process data outside Mexico.

We do not transfer your data to other third parties unless the law requires it or you authorize it.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by the terms and privacy notice of WhatsApp, a service independent of this site.

We apply reasonable security measures, such as an encrypted connection and access limited to the people who handle your case. No measure is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations; afterwards we delete or block it.

You may access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its processing, and you may withdraw your consent or limit the use of your information. Send your request by email at ystudiomx@proton.me, through the contact form on this site or by WhatsApp at +52 56 5389 5225, with your name, a way to reply to you, a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.

We will respond within the time limits set by law. If you believe your right was not honored, you may go to the competent personal data protection authority.

This site only installs measurement identifiers if you accept them in the notice shown at the bottom of the screen. When measurement is active, it uses Google services, so Google may receive browsing data. If you decline, the site works just the same and no measurement identifier is stored.

Your choice is kept in your own browser and you can delete it at any time from its settings. Your language and light/dark theme preferences are also stored in your browser, without being sent to any server.

This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.

This notice may be updated due to changes in regulations or in how the site operates. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
