We build automated reports, dashboards and applications that fit the way you work. Projects focused on small businesses and startups.
Five areas of work. You can start with just one and grow from there.
Scheduled reports, automatic data entry and alerts based on the rules of your operation.
Sales, production and goals on one screen, updated live and available from any device.
A fast, well-built site, ready to appear on Google when someone searches for what you do.
Applications that organize orders, inventory and tasks around how your team works.
Document search, request sorting and drafted responses that stay subject to review.
Walk through each demo with sample data and see how it would adapt to your operation.
Costs against plan, by area and by month, without waiting for close.
Attendance, skills and team goals in one place.
Orders, counter, inventory and customers for a workshop in one system.
Scheduling, dental chart records, billing and inventory for a clinic.
Explore the quote tool, shipments and payments through a simulated tour.
We know the operations and regulations of each one.
Scheduling, patient records and supplies organized around the way a clinic works.
Shift tracking, incidents and operating capacity from an always-current dashboard.
Spending and budget comparisons by period, area and line item.
Attendance, skills and productivity related by person, team and shift.
We integrate applications, reports and documents around your team’s work. We review the licenses and connectors needed before defining the proposal.
Clear terms during development and delivery.
The proposal details deliverables, investment and terms. Scope changes are reviewed before you approve them.
We prioritize one process and confirm it works before expanding the project.
The structure lets you add users, processes and integrations as the project evolves.
We define permissions, change records and data handling according to the needs of the project.
We deliver user instructions and technical documentation so the system can keep running.
The team that builds the software also answers your questions about the project.
We review how you work today and put a number on what the current process costs: hours, errors and rework.
Before building, you see a reduced version running on your data and confirm it is heading in the right direction.
We review progress on the agreed dates. Any change is assessed for its impact on scope and budget.
Before delivery, we check operation and results against the agreed criteria.
Applications and models built around specific needs.
Consolidates attendance, pending items and shift incidents into a daily report.

Figures are for reference and serve as a starting point. The final amount is calculated on the scope we agree on and adjusted to each project’s budget.
Scope, timelines, code ownership and ongoing support. The answers that usually take a phone call, covered here.
I have another questionThe amount comes from the agreed scope: how many processes are included, which systems need to be connected and how much data is involved. The prices published in the plans section are reference figures and a starting point. The formal proposal includes scope, price and timelines in writing, and no work is billed without prior approval.
The timeline is set after we review the scope, the integrations and the availability of information. The proposal sets out the stages and the review dates for each delivery.
In most cases, no. We build on the existing infrastructure — spreadsheets, your current administrative system, the Microsoft license you already pay for — and build the connections between them. A full replacement is proposed only when the current system is the cause of the problem, and always with the cost of the migration on the table.
The client. The source code, access credentials, technical documentation and operating manual are transferred to your name when the project closes. Documentation is written so that anyone with standard technical training can keep the system running. We do not work with lock-in contracts or with licenses that tie your operation to us.
The people who will use the system take part in reviewing the screens and processes. The proposal specifies the training sessions, documentation and support included.
Each project defines role-based permissions, a change log and encryption in transit according to its needs. Data stays in the client’s accounts, under their control, and access can be revoked at any time. The legal obligations of whoever handles the data (privacy notice, healthcare rules) are defined by each company with its advisor; the system is configured to make them easier to meet, without replacing that advice.
That is the size the service is designed for: workshops, medical offices, distributors and startups with fewer than twenty people. A well-scoped project is quick to define, costs less and goes live sooner.
A description of the goal and of the current process. Then we agree on a meeting and the information needed to prepare the proposal. In the first contact, examples are enough; please do not send credentials or confidential data.
Yes. Ongoing support is defined in each proposal according to the complexity of the system, and it is handled directly by the person who built the project. There are no escalation tiers or call centers in between.
Describe the process you want to improve or the product you want to build. We will review your priorities and the information needed before preparing a proposal.
